KK Removalists offers residential and commercial moving, packing, and storage services across Australia. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Quotations
All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for:
Delays beyond reasonable control (traffic, access issues, etc.)
Additional labour or materials not included in the original quote
Weekend, holiday, or after-hours service
3. Booking & Cancellation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of confirmation via email or phone.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure accurate details regarding inventory, access points, and special handling are provided.
Ensure parking is arranged and accessible for moving vehicles.
Supervise the move or have a representative present on-site.
5. Liability
KK Removalists exercises care in handling items but is not liable for damage due to improper packing by the customer.
Optional insurance is recommended for valuable or fragile items.
No liability is accepted for delays due to weather, road closures, or traffic conditions.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made.
Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.
7. Insurance
KK Removalists carries Public Liability and Transit Insurance. Additional coverage for specific items can be arranged upon request.
8. Prohibited Items
We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal items, perishable food, or live animals.
9. Website Usage
The content on our website is for general information only. Unauthorized use or copying of website content is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of relevant Australian courts.
